There are no refunds once artwork has been posted and the credit card charged.
Refunds can occur only during the first 24 hour period from the time of purchase. After 24 hours refunds are not possible for any reason. Refunds are based on the listing package (single, MyGallery, ArtMax) purchased. Single listings can only be refunded if an artwork is not posted. If one artwork listing is posted from a MyGallery or ArtMax package no refund is possible.
To be eligible for a refund, seller must submit an e-mail indicating the reason for the cancellation. The refund will be credited back to the credit card used in the original transaction.
